Ken, it sounds like this is a matter for the police. If you have a reasonable suspicion, then you should report it to them ASAP. If there's anything the community can do, please let us know but for now I'm going to close this issue because its beyond the scope of what we can do.
I spoke with several officers/detectives this morning who said the department regularly monitors this and several other websites for tips, uses the tip hotline provided above and will also use tips given through the email listed above. They keep tips anonymous and do not reply when an investigation is ongoing.
Detectives assured me that they would provide the Record-Journal with information if the tip leads to an arrest and the case can be closed.
I just want to make sure my name is not mentioned where my life is goin to be in jeopardy! I dont mind providing info but i value my life to so that is a concern i have so if you can assure me in any way i am safe i appreciate it. Have a good day
I can assure you that police do not release the name of the person providing the tip, and in most cases do not even release how the tip was received (whether via email, call, in person, internet, etc.).
Basically the goal is to enhance communication between police and local residents. Police would rather hear a tip that doesn't lead to anything than to get no info and have it lead to a bigger problem.

The following information is found on the Meriden Police Department Website:
To report drug activity in your neighborhood, email the Crime Suppression Unit [mnarcoticsunit@ci.meriden.ct.us] or call 630-6273.
They take anonymous tips.
